Admissions into EYFS 

 

Foundation Stage Two (Reception) 

Children are eligible for a full time school place at the beginning of the Autumn Term, following their 4th birthday. Your child must have turned 4 before the 31st August prior to this.

Nursery – Three Year Olds 

Your child is eligible for 15 hours the term after their third birthday. We are able to offer 5 morning sessions at Ferham (15 hours). We have three intakes – September, January and April.  

Some children may be eligible for 30 hours childcare, however we are not able to offer this at the moment. If you are eligible for 30 hours you are able to split the hours between two provisions, for example Nursery and a Childminder or two different Nurseries. 

If you would like to put your child’s name on the waiting list, you will need to come into school and bring your child’s birth certificate.  

 

Nursery – Two Year Olds 

Some children will be eligible for 15 hours the term after their 2nd birthday. We are able to offer 5 afternoon sessions at Ferham (15 hours). We have three intakes – September, January and April. Your child will be offered a morning session the term after their third birthday.

If you would like to put your child’s name on the waiting list, you will need to come into school and bring your child’s birth certificate. You will also need to bring the letter you receive as proof of your child’s eligibility.
